Diabetic pound cake

Ingredients:

* 2 cup flour
* 1/2 cup corn oil
* 2 eggs
* 3 large ripe bananas
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 1 tsp soda
* 1 1/2 tbsp. liquid sugar substitute
* 4 tbsp. buttermilk
* 1 cup raisins
* 1 1/2 cup pecans

Recipe for Diabetic Christmas pound cake:

Beat the eggs and add flour and soda. Now add oil, sugar substitute and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until the diabetic pound cake is done.
